Refund Policy

・Please understand that we cannot accept returns due to customer's personal reasons.
・If there is a defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 2 days of product arrival. We will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after this period.
・We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened (except for defective products discovered after opening) or products that have been scratched or soiled due to customer's responsibility.

We will cover the cost of exchanges for defective products and incorrectly delivered products.
